Care of Your Biscotti
- Biscotti will keep for about a week in an airtight container.
- To keep for longer use – freeze in an airtight container.
- Do not refrigerate.
- If humid or rainy weather causes your biscotti to lose some crunch, they can be freshened by placing in a 325 degree F. oven for 5-10 minutes.
